Week 1 – SCONES


This week we baked 3 styles of scones:
Cheddar cheese with garlic butter
Lemon & Blueberry with lemon glaze
Cherry & Chocolate with whipped cream

All three flavours were a hit – though we noticed the sweet scones with frozen berries took quite a bit longer to bake.
